Cuckoldry is about surrendering your rights in the relationship as a misguided attempt to please the other person. If Hosea taught cuckoldry, then the message would be that Gomer is empowered through her sexuality and Hosea is a "real man" by not being threatened by her lovers. This is the exact opposite of what is taught. You have to read the text through the cultural lense of the time. TRP is a reaction to modern feminism. Neither of these philosophies existed back then, nor could they really.…

Ok this is Ecclesiastes 7:28. So you were right, it was written by Solomon. (Probably) As you may or may not know, Solomon had hundreds of wives, and they basically ruined him. So I have two interpretations of this verse: Owing to the context before this verse, this is likely a man cautioning against being ensnared by beautiful women. A large portion of these people do this as a primary source of income. You don't have to take the art seriously, but you should take people's livelihood seriously. Unless less you're a "complete fucking moron that is". (original insult btw)

for being poked For being actively disrespected in her place of business and in front of her audience. For being proved into breaking character and probably losing money for it.

Nah. This will result in "trust issues" from a "bad breakup" from a guy who had "intimacy issues", and will result in a spiraling maw of crazy until she finds a beta who is willing to allow her to cuck him.
