I disagree that PUA cant help people. It starts off being about getting pussy but can be a stepping stone to true confidence. Its tremendously useful in learning how to navigate the world socially. Unless someone had a very good childhood, I'd say there's something in CBT for everyone. Any kinda trauma in the past can have adverse effects, that's all I mean. This stigma attached to seeing a therapist or psychologist is one reason mental health is in the shitter in this country. I don't think OP needs it, but it couldn't hurt.

Because CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is useful for everyone, especially teens. Same thing for the game. I'm not recommending you become a pickup artist. I think The Game should be mandatory reading in schools for teaching social psychology. It's sad how little most know about how we interact with each other. If you understand that, it helps dissipate the awkwardness a lot of us experience when we're young. Don't take it personally man :) Come to think of it, I need to read it again.
