3	My problem with Seddit I'm very introverted and used to be extremely shy. While you may not feel that "get out there and talk to people" is helpful advice, it is really the only thing that will help you overcome your anxiety. That being said, you can still start small. Ask the cashier at the store how their day is going. Sit next to someone on the bus instead of taking the empty seat. Keep your phone in your pocket and work on making eye contact with people. 1	Indecisiveness..extremely unsexy? I used to be a lot like this. Eventually people pretty much stopped inviting me to do stuff. They just all got frustrated that I wouldn't give a straight yes or no. I realized that I was missing out on a LOT of stuff and really worked on changing that aspect of my life. Now, my rule of thumb is always say yes unless I have a real reason not to ie work, other plans, etc. This prevents me from making up BS reasons to bail at the last second, which was what I used to do all the time. 1	When you are at a stop light, is your car always staggered to the driver next to you? I tried this today and ended up at a red light next to a friend that I hadn't seen in awhile. Really bizarre.
