You've put into words what so many of us feel on a daily basis. I know exactly what OP is going through, and it's a battle to do the most mundane daily tasks. Another term would be catastrophic thinking which is pretty much, as you said, being on high alert all the time. 2	How to approach/ seduce a neighbour you are attracted to? Don't just randomly knock on the door... Say hi when you run into her in a common area. Girls are more cautious than men, so be gentle and do it in an open area to not creep her out. Obviously when not dark or late in the night. Keep it short and light.
