Don't focus on women at all. Focus on improving yourself and finding the things you love about the world. Women will eventually focus on you.

I think the questions shouldn't be around what she does but what boundaries you need in a relationship. You said you couldn't mentally handle her lifestyle, which is fair. What boundaries would she be breaking for you? Assuming what she'd do is pretty useless. Figure out your vision of the future, what your boundaries are, and then see if she fits those. It'll end up being a yes or a no.

I've read models and it's a great book. That being said, a lot of guys jump into cold approach, get discouraged by their results, and then move on to other strategies. Cold approach is like any skill, if you haven't been doing it, you need to practice to get good. If you're not used to just talking to girls, start with the basics. Walk up to a girl and ask her where's a good place to eat nearby. Then walk away. This kinda thing will help you to stop being results oriented and instead focus on th…

You're scared to cold approach because you're worried about the outcome. You want the interaction to go well. Which is natural but unrealistic. What you should do instead is just work on having a general conversation, same as you would with a guy. Don't even start cold approaching with any intention to date. Instead, walk up to a woman and ask her what time it is or where the closest burger joint is. Just something non-romantic. Then you can work up to romantic escalation. But the main thing to …

The best advice I've heard for this is a change in frame. The frame should be that you're coming into their life to make it better. You're adding the value of yourself. For most women, getting approached at all is at the very least a compliment. If you've been working on yourself, the interaction should be fairly positive. This way, even if you don't hit it off or want to escalate, they should feel good afterwards. Remember, you're not approaching so that you can meet them, you're approaching so…

Yeah, it's def not something I'd do on the regular. I trusted my feelings on this one. My gym does have a lot of regulars so I'm trying to get to know them as well seeing as I'm one of the founding members.

Thank you, I really appreciate the brotherly love. Before this, we've made eye contact plenty of times but nothing unusual and always a quick glance. Admittedly, I don't have the greatest eye sight so sometimes it seemed like we'd be staring from across the gym but I never knew for sure. I basically said I'd seen her in the gym a lot and was curious about her workouts. She's always doing a variety and if there's a pattern, I can't make it out. Then we introduced ourselves. Honestly, I thought sh…

Not one to speak for women, but from what I've read women feel more vulnerable at the gym. Reasons vary.

I agree with the theme of the comic and respecting boundaries. What seems unrealistic is the situation. I've dated and been married, and I've never announced a hug nor had a hug announced to me. I've also never seen an interaction like this among friends, family, pretty much any couple I've experienced. I think the message is getting lost in the improbable situation.

I'm in the middle of this now and it just makes me think about her more.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
