Follow up question: is the best course of action to go back and tell her to do whatever she wants or is it better to say nothing to wait and see and end it if she makes the wrong choice?

Well, if she does, then she’s dropped because she knows that shit’s not cool and did it anyway and now also because she disobeyed me

She is currently all over my dick. I didn’t say she can’t hang out with this ex. I said she can’t talk to ex’s in general. You would say I was a beta bitch if I told her to go for it— something to the effect of I’m letting her cuck me. I’m not convinced this is beta. The fact of the matter is, I don’t give a fuck if she hangs out with him because then it’s done. I prefer to avoid the inconvenience of spinning plates again.
/r/askTRP19/10/17 09:58 AM

only like a quarter were from proverbs. the rest were from, the gospels, Paul's epistles, and different parts of the Old Testament. I don't care what op says. leave religion in church where it belongs
/r/TheRedPill05/03/17 10:46 PM

I thought the sub was about critically observing society and improving sexual strategy, not shoehorning fairy tails into particular social views. If this sub wants to maintain any sort of credibility, it should largely leave religion out of the discussion. If TRP is amoral, then it's sure as shit atheistic-- which is to say not subscribing to any religion.

Thanks for the advice man. sounds like you've been here before.

I'm reasonably down the hole. Mostly not a beta, but definitely not alpha. I've skimmed "No More Mr. Nice Guy", and I certainly wasn't doing a favor expecting something back. I was just trying to be a good person. Granted, I haven't interacted much with women lately since I've been on monk mode but the contrast between the guy's reaction and the girl's really stood out to me. And as for the "good person" comment. I think I should say, since I know that can be a hotly debatable topic around here-…

of course it's not a big deal by itself. The contrast is what I found interesting. I'm sure if somebody royally helped you out, you would thank them even if someone else also had. Gratitude isn't implied for a group if one person has already said it. The significance in this, from a Red Pill perspective is that it is another example of the greater observation by most people on this sub that women, by and large but not necessarily tend to be ungrateful whenever a man does them a kindness or favor…

fucking savage, there's no way she didn't just get herself a concussion after that. the dude put his hips into it like he was hank aaron and that chick's face was a hanging curve ball. shit, I would go to hospital after taking hit like that!

i think it was that since, he could never truly lover romantically forever, he decided to break up with her and keep the memories. or something like that. he drew a hard line between what he called the aesthetic life (romance and shit) and an ethical life (wife, family, etc.)

most people are bad people. as wiser men, we remove the bad ones from our lives and befriend the good.
/r/TheRedPill11/07/15 09:30 PM

I've been thinking about this particular issue for some time now. The lying at will and the general inability to trust a woman or otherwise let any sort of guard down-- it is simply unacceptable to me. It makes me question whether I would ever LTR a chick. I know the preferred method of dealing with this and just accepting that it's in their nature but when it comes to having to be wary of constant deception, big and small, I don't think I want any part of it.
/r/TheRedPill11/07/15 09:27 PM

i understand why she likes it... but this still seems so bizarre. if i were her, i would not be having fun.

This. except if they have siblings, particularly brothers. My cousin is an only child and she is definitely daddy's little princess. But my sister, like some of the girls i know with siblings, has my self and my bother to keep her princess complex in check when my dad coddles her too much. I think growing up with a brother or more goes light years in the way of curing the princess complex.

sure, live and let live is most likely the best way to go about all of this. But regardless, i've wondering to myself about this too. If you can be transsexual, why not transracial? Further, What if these types of conditions were considered a mental disorder rather than just an alternative life-style choice?

weird. did i accidentally PM you instead of comment? Anyway, yeah we do mostly agree. but i think there is a bit of a nuanced difference. Hardly worth going into on reddit though, unless you want to. But i think the important part where we differ is our respective TL;DR sections. It seems to me, unless i've misunderstood you, your interpretation of virtue only extends to people you care about, friends, family, etc. but someone outside of that like "that schmuck's hoe three towns over" doesn't me…

I have to disagree with Moral Relativism. No, there is no way to empirical verify the morality of a given action. But when dealing with ethics and morality, this is not the standard by which right and wrong are judged. Though the debate it certainly still open, the majority of ethicists will say that there is an objective morality that can be rationally proved, usually with inductive reasoning. What you're talking about is Aristotle's Virtue Ethics, which is an increasingly popular moral theory,…

instead of a woman doing or saying something to test your frame/manhood, she says or does something to evoke a response from you that will reassure her that you won't leave. These are best handled with mild reassurance then return to alpha frame as not to run the risk of being an emotional tampon.

yeah, I felt the same way. but then again, my dad's dad (my grandfather whom i never met) died young and was essentially an absentee father up until then, according to my dad. So i don't blame him for his lack of knowledge in some areas. If anyone is a victim, it's him. All things considered, it's surprising how red pill he turned out-- albeit with some notable blue spots. luckily, TRP is here to pick up the slack.

Man, I just plain don't trust a woman to raise my kids right. And my family is full of happy marriages with zero divorces (catholic immigrants do it right) but even then, women are still unpredictable wildcards. and for boys, there's almost no point. my brother and i surpassed my mother, intellectually at the age of 10. Here's hoping one day i can just clone myself and for get about all the mess.

No argument here. They way I see this, it's like preaching abstinence but then handing out free condoms. You made it pretty clear that fucking when you're 15 is pretty risky and generally a bad idea, but you know people are going to do it anyway. Even though, like marriage, there's not much reward for a risk that comes with a huge downside. So better be safe than sorry.

of course any viewpoint can be validated. It's called anecdotal evidence and anybody who's ever taken a course in statistics or logic know that it can be hugely misleading and more or less worthless. if you want to know the truth, you need to gather empirical data and draw conclusions based off of that. You can never be 100% certain, but it's a hell of a lot better than subjectivism.

if she is dead-set on getting married, I think that highlights that she may not be as quality of a woman as you might've thought. This just doesn't make sense. It's been said time and again on this sub that it is in the best interest of a woman to get married. Every woman with a half-decent relationship with her father has been told to never give up her pussy unless she is married to a good man. We also know they don't always follow daddy's advice. But I would consider it a sign that I have, in …

Pretty much. We were partners for a project in one of my classes. so i invited her over to my place to "finish it up". i thought i'd allotted enough time to finish the project and get it in. But i completely lost track of time (even though she had a bf and a hoe obviously, she's a pretty cool chick). didn't have time to finish, so i kicked her out and ended up making it to class with seconds to spare.

well that first paragraph is both a straw man and a non-sequitur. So i'm going to ignore it. my answer to you second paragraph is requires more explanation than i'd prefer to write in a comment. if you'd like to have a civil and reasonable discussion about libertarianism, you're welcome to PM me.

do you really think that a security firm won't just become the state? might makes right and the strong rule. how can you be on this forum and not understand this? It's much more profitable to tax rather than provide a service. So again, what is the difference?
/r/TheRedPill09/03/15 05:45 AM
5

What difference is that? power is power. i don't think anybody would argue that humans naturally gather behind a leader and effectively give him what amounts to state power. The only difference between this power and private is concentration.

granted, to next a guy on the basis of a request for nudes alone is a reasonable response. i agree that 9/10 times, he is a guy just looking to get laid. but that is our biological imperative; to get laid. just as woman's biological imperative is to secure commitment from a man and raise children while being protected and provided for. so it is no more rational to condemn a man for following his biological imperative than it is to be angry with a dog for barking at a squirrel. obviously don't se…

well it's not exactly an exact science, but you can get a pretty good approximation if you had sex within a time frame in which a girl can get pregnant, i.e. ovulating. because she told me when she was off the rag so we could do it, i knew when her cycle ended and after not a small amount of google research, i got a reliable number for about how long a menstural cycle is for most women. like if it's a 15 day cycle, a 28 day, ect. i dont remember exactly anymore. so after getting this info, i loo…

Some women are shockingly ignorant of their fertility and things related to it. A girl I was with wasn't on the pill so I, trying to be cautious, asked her when she was supposed to ovulate. She didn't even know what that was. Astounded, I explained to her what ovulation was and then went home and obsessively tracked her cycle because I was horrifically paranoid that I had nailed a chick who didn't know if she had a round in the chamber. Edit: she didn't, thank christ

may i suggest destroying her? socially of course. find out what big or small things people in your group dont like about her. thank you for saying this. In terms of morals I take a utilitarian approach up to a point as well. It's a bit of a mute point though, because as far as I am concerned, all morality is logically and philosophically absurd. Which is to say it is essentially a misperception and worthless; nothing more than shackles to the mind. so yeah, it may be objectively wrong by causing more pain than happiness (i am assuming. the opposite may be true, who knows), But it doesn't matter anyway. well if women's biological imperative is to get commitment from men, just as our biological imperative is to get sex, it's only logical for a quality woman to look out for her best interests. (backstory: i live at home, parents were out of town so it was just my bro and me for the weekend) she's says ok, but she still has to ask her mom. the farthest i got was to first base earlier in the week. not sure why she threw on the breaks.

just a quick note on the squirrel chase: That is a law suit waiting to happen. I haven't passed the bar, but i don't think it would be too difficult at all to make a case for assault. Making someone fear for their safety is essentially the legal definition. So be careful with that one guys. could make for a huge pain in the ass.

I like this system. there should be some kind of Pan-male summit where elected delegates from every corner of the manosphere hammer out a standardized ranking chart. there's a dream.

Religion did it to me. Growing up very Catholic and Italian, including 11 years of Catholic school, I was always taught to treat all woman like The Virgin Mary and that meant especially obvious slut-bags who didn't deserve any at all. Italian men seem to have a culture of putting women on a pedestal as well. I thought I was somehow morally superior to all those jerks getting laid. can't believe I ever bought that shit.

women go to barbershops? the only women i've ever seen at my barber is the occasional wife, mom or girlfriend waiting for their respective husbands, sons or boyfriends. seems implicit that barbershops are for men.

i know semantics is pretty trivial, but i think we should really make an effort to ensure that our post titles resemble a "Cosmopolitan" magazine cover as little as possible. e.g. 10 sizzling moves that are sure to make him scream..

Here's a story that will hopefully compliment yours, OP: 'Met this chick in student government in college. She used to try and "wife me up" as it were, all the time. fast forward a little while and we end up just being fuck buddies. So after about a month or so, I'm starting to get tired of her and it so happened that earlier that day, before we hooked up, my good friend was telling me how he and his long time gf had just broke up. Being the good friend that I am, I tell him "hey, I've know just…

exactly. i've heard that girls fathers are their first loves, and it's the male relationships in their lives that shape the perceptions they have about how they ought to be treated by men (source: alpha dad and lil sis). but even though there's more stigma attached to the Oedipus complex, our mothers are also our first loves as well and serve as a model for what a woman should be. i'm not sure about how 'amused mastery' fits into all this. I meant the fictional daughter part to illustrate how cr…

well, since for most the point of LTR is to foster a happy family with strong kids, the only way to do this, i think, as a man is to look for a mate who exudes the traits you wish to instill into the next generation. edit: why do you ask?

well, if it's a moral question you're asking. I've been in this same situation, and i think i made the wrong decision. If a wrong action is that which causes human pain, or more human pain than a different option, sleeping with this dude's gf is being an accomplice to this girl making a fool of that guy and likely causing him great pain. So, fucking a chick while she's still in a relationship, is wrong because it will likely cause more pain than you abstaining and just nailing someone else.

hey guys, OP from the similar question on /r/asktrp, I have to say that I reject the notion that an Alpha who is looking for an LTR should not wait for a woman to put out. This sort of policy is detrimental to the goal of finding a good partner in a woman. This, of course, is essentially a woman who will be my "first mate" in a relationship and a good mother. I don't need to mention to you red pill women that you should, with out doubt, assert your power and value just as a man would. But a woma…
