When I've been in those situations I've been far to scared of being seen as "PC police" or not fun or lame to say anything. I've also been in situations where I was concerned for my job security. Yeah a woman doesn't need to put up with her boss hitting on her everyday but on the other hand two guys having a private conversation and making dongle jokes with each other is not harassment, sexual or otherwise. There are so many womanists who actually don't like the term feminist because of things like white feminists speaking over minorities or the exclusion of trans women. Feminism has a spectrum of ideas and feminists are against patriarchy. Part of that is social pressures on men to perform masculinity and hide emotion are feminist issues.
