Building the physical aids the mental. I believe the most important tools for a solid frame are mindfulness meditation and setting personal challenges that push you out of your comfort zone. Things like walking up to a stranger and stare at them without saying anything. Or forcibly putting yourself in situations where your frame will be challenged. I've met a ton of musclebound guys with weak frames. They don't get tested as often so they get lazy.

I'm going to go against the grain here. Huel/Soylent/ whatever are not magical powders. They do a similar job to food. I am using Huel at the moment, mostly due to my role and how little time to eat I get. Would I have it for every meal?No. It is useful for cutting bodyfat by replacing breakfast and lunch. I was already in a place of DGAF attitude. Getting a chance to enhance it and work on my timing, cocky game and see its effects on the group is useful. I'd say the biggest take away is that fine tuning your effort, much like in Sales, is important. You wouldn't pursue a prospect relentlessly and show that you are desperate.
