Amen. agree with all of this. I’ve learned and grown so much. Sometimes people grow apart, and that’s okay. I think i’ll be able to accept that one day

Oh absolutely. I’ve only just started therapy and honestly probably going to switch to a different one because i’m just not sure i’m a great fit with this one. I want someone more engaged and picking my brain. I’m giving it a few more sessions but I do like having them. It’s nice to talk about, everything. You’re right, it definitely wasn’t just that. This entire relationship was just a speed run of how to do everything the wrong way. I could write a book on what not to do in a relationship. Ultimately, I didn’t listen to my own advice. I tried to fit a round peg in a square hole. I constantly put my needs to the side and silenced my own opinion or feelings. I didn’t speak up.
