2	Help, I feel like I'm not allowed to be productive. You should get into calisthenics if the gyms too far, and turn your body into your gym! She can't stop you from exercising, thats absolutely ridiculous if she thinks she can. Exercise is one of the best things one can do for themselves, for mental wellbeing, and physical. 3	worried about my gf son Well first off tell him the over training is more detrimental towards his gains, as over training lowers your testosterone rather than raises it, while raising cortisol levels which is the stress hormone. 28	What led you to the red pill originally? How did you get yourself out of it? Egotism, insecurities, heartache, loneliness and an unwillingness to look at my own behaviour objectively. I feel like such a fool looking back at it. As humans were very easily malleable in the right circumstances. If you're force fed shit constantly, it won't taste as bad after a while.
