2	Medical issue kept me out of the gym for nearly 2 months. Returned to the gym today and learned that lifting is by far the most important part of TRP. Don't take the gym for granted. Is wanting change only in areas of your life that lifting would scarcely effect an acceptable reason for not lifting? I'm not depressed, I don't care about living as long and healthy a life as possible, I have no problem keeping to routine, and I honestly have more entertaining and productive things to do than lift heavy shit.
