10% were proven to be false or unfounded Yes because if we are going to say that we have to prove than men are raping women we also have to prove that false rapes are in fact false. Not guilty≠false necessarily which is what a lot of the higher numbers were reporting.

In many cases the fake accuser has a history of lying to authorities or committing fraud. She may well have a criminal record So they already were likely to be doing illegal things, hence it being illegal likely won't dissuade them.

What does the fact that women file for divorce more than men have to do with anything you've previously stated? I don't know where you came to the conclusion you did on the second one. Where in the article does it say they don't respect them? The third article only states that men without full time jobs are more likely to get a divorce, which is likely true the other way around as well.
