1	Advice on moving forward after a breakup? Actually, that's true. Because you'll never have the same thing you had with your ex and a new gf. But find pleasure in that, right now you may be hung up on her, but know that she's probably dating other guys while you're clouding your judgement at night not being able to sleep. 1	How do you heal from a past relationship? 100% agree! Additionally, definitely do no contact, if you haven't already. I've recently started doing no contact and I feel way better, even though I live next door to my ex, I keep myself busy with work, gym, and catching up with friends. Take however much time you have to work on yourself, find hobbies, and talk to friends. Never think you are alone after a break up.
