The Duluth Model. Woman calls the cops, tells them a man hit her, man is arrested. Man calls the cops, tells them a woman hit him, man arrested.

This is true in Canada, and much of Europe, but it is no way true for the US. There is no law hiding the identity of accusers and a lot of false claims have been made up just for the fun of it.

She might actually know that she was bringing home less on her paycheck than Bob. But, then she forgets that she worked exactly 36 hours to remain full time while Bob was getting time and a half for those extra 10 hours when he worked 50 hours. So, yes, they had the exact same job, but somehow he got paid so much more!!!1!1!!!!

I will let this site speak for itself as to whether or not we are looking at anti-vaz horseshit. https://worldmercuryproject.org/news/official-canadian-data-show-that-there-is-more-autism-in-regions-where-vaccine-coverage-is-highest/ https://worldmercuryproject.org/news/cdc-still-paralyzed-by-autism-epidemic-report-shows-one-in-59-children-in-the-us-now-affected/

Alright, have a nice evening. Just a quick FYI. Fox News receives 2.5 million viewers in the US. RT (Russia Today), on the other hand receives 2.5 million viewers .... in the UK. And it is the third rated News Service in the UK behind BBC News and Sky News. These are pure news broadcast channels, and not "news" channels that broadcast 3 hours of news a day and the rest of the day in commentary shows where they get all of their ratings (Fox & MSNBC). Just thought you would like that info to chew …
/r/MensRights07/04/18 07:29 PM

What claim do you want backed up? They have high ratings for a *cable network? Read your own article. If you are saying the number one news channel in the world, you are flat out wrong. Network news in the US beats them out nightly. If you are comparing to international news channels, you are flat out wrong. It is the number 1 basic cable news channel, a lot of the time. Not all of the time. Not all hours of the day. Right now, Maddow is beating out Hannity. https://www.forbes.com/sites/markjoye…

Umm... wow. You don't seem to be getting downvotes, but ... okay? My statements have until this point been based on the spin that they have presented, and has been presented on their behalf for years. Second they are not the most watched news channel in the world. They are a cable commentary channel that hides under the banner of news that has won the ratings war in the cable news and commentary bracket from time to time. Next, Mainstream media is a catchphrase invented by conservative media and…
/r/MensRights06/04/18 01:12 AM

*Cable "news" channel And they absolutely have an agenda. I just thought the excuse for their bias was that they are not part of the main stream media, and they were fighting back.

Of course, as stated in your opening post. Though your situation was quite unfortunate, it could have been worse. Either way, I hope that you are seeing brighter days.
/r/MensRights03/03/18 08:11 PM

You are very lucky that the court did not make it part of the order that if, for any reason, any utility was turned off, or the house was foreclosed upon, you would go to jail for violation of the order. I have seen it happen.
/r/MensRights03/03/18 08:05 PM

That IVO (or protective/restraining order in the US) is a tactic advised by many divorce lawyers in order to up the settlements for their female clients. Men do not fight for houses they have no legal access to. Bigger settlement means bigger lawyer paycheck. And you are right. It is almost always guilty until proven innocent in family court.
/r/MensRights03/03/18 07:42 PM

That isn't the issue. Men wear a dress shirt, jacket, long pants, professional shoes, and tie (probably an undershirt as well. They get hot. Women wear a thin blouse, with short sleeves (practically non existent), and it is low cut enough that it leaves half her chest open to the elements; a skirt; open toed shoes; and nothing on their legs (possibly a thong under the skirt). They feel cold. So, obviously when they complain it is cold, and the men say they are hot, it is the men's fault. Not the…

Would it be funny if it was a woman cowering and a man attempting to bash her? If not, this is why it is a men's rights issue.

While Ohlympics is ridiculously silly, it does not seem like the folks that post there strike out with furious anger whenever someone rates a whatever the opposite gender (though most posters post females, it does not seem to ban pics of males) would be on their attractiveness, let alone their genitals. In fact, Ohlympics (from my quick search after your link) doesn't not seem to focus on genitals alone like the Buzzfeed article does. That is why Buzzfeed posting this is an issue. So, false equi…

Here is the conversation thus far. Buzzfeed, yet again, is posting articles regarding the genitals of male athletes after attacking any source that posts anything regarding attractiveness (not just their naughty bits) of women, even when those women are in fields where attractiveness matters (models/actresses). Someone points it out the hypocrisy. To further point out the hypocrisy, someone asks when the version of this article that focuses solely on female anatomy. Someone in a non-sequitur men…

You do know there is an entire article right there that tells you whether or not she flipped, right?
/r/MensRights17/12/17 08:52 AM

Very misleading. If you read the article, only the ring leader was given jail time, and of the 5 years multiple other charges are included. As for the girl the story mainly covered, she was given probation, 200 hours community service, and she needs to pay restitution. This would not be uncommon for a first time offender. It isn't uncommon for an accessory, and it isn't uncommon for someone that cooperates/pleads guilty. The other male involved was given almost an identical sentence. 1 year susp…

One is grounds for a justifiable divorce. The other is grounds for a justifiable divorce and a jail sentence. If it had been her that cheated, and he that got "justifiably angry" would you be like, "Oh, well, she cheated on him, he smacked her up a bit. She shouldn't be able to hold that over his head. She kinda had it coming!"? Both are reasons to be upset. Only one is a punishable criminal act. Both are betrayals of trust. Only one is something that would be a completely different story if he …

Yes. Why is that hard to understand? You don't hit people. He could literally have done it right in front of her, and it still would not justify violence. She has every right to be angry, curse, holler, jump up and down, and hold her breath until she passes out. She does not have the right to lay a finger on him. That line of thinking is how we all got here ("women are allowed to hit when they are upset").

Agreed. But, at least they separated her from the boyfriend that "influenced" such despicable behavior. You know, since girls aren't responsible for any of their own decisions.

Even if she were charged, she was only 16 at the time of the incident. Would not be sentenced the same as an adult.

When spending a month in jail awaiting a trial, you are locked up with many in the same boat. Those that have been sentenced are also likely to only be there for a few months. Anyone sentenced to multiple years are in a prison. Rapes are rare in jail, but common in prison. It is unlikely anything happened to the guy while in jail, but had he gone to trial and been found guilty, it would almost be assured.

The point isn't that the dude was a bad sate, but the difference between men and women on dates. This is somewhat standard behavior for women, especially on dating sites, but men are just supposed to understand and still think they are awesome. However, when this guy acts like a typical woman on a date (not great at the activity, on the phone, somewhat misleading profile pic, and no money), it is an outrage!

TRP is about gaining the skills to not allow women to walk all over you, thus making you more attractive to them, and not allowing them to fuck you over as is their nature. Included in that is the ideas of not letting one trap you. People utilize the skills obtained from TRP to let a woman know you do not believe her bullshit about not being that type of girl after insisting you go home with her on you first date/the first time you meet her. As for isn't her behavior equivalent. It isn't. For a …

I love how when reading the comments, she does not reply to anyone that says she needs to get up off her ass and do something to change the situation. She has enough time to reply when she can say it is the men and not her. They are not man enough to be seen with her without being ashamed, or they were all just douchebags. Every single one. Douchebags. Nothing wrong with her. Just every man on the planet is a douchebag.

Alternate responses that work. "Shut up, baby, I know it." "Well, one of us had to be the pretty one." & "That is what everyone says, but it is so basic. Yeah I have blue eyes, and objectively that is nice, but isn't that the easiest thing to say about me?"* *Based on limited 6 month process of self improvement since swallowing the pill. You are right, I did break frame there. I already made up my mind that I wasn't going to take an ounce of crap from her after the red flags shot up at dinner. That was an attempt (but upon hindsight not a good move) to let her know she was fucking crazy. Remember she was blowing up my phone at that point, and I could have just block her number or something, IDK. Either way, I the moment she started with the "you are sending mixed signals, shit" that she was flushable. I am still new to this. If …

If I wanted drama I would have kept her around. Like I said, I told her good bye. I am just posting this to remind guys if they have a gut feeling that something is off, go with your gut. I didn't argue with her. I told her there was no argument. She can believe what she wants, but we both know the truth. The moment she tried to argue I told her we were done. That simple. Can you imagine the shit she would have pulled had I gone home with her? That is the point of this post. Keep strong, because…

Dude, what does it matter what some other guy thinks of in his rating system? If he rates lower level girls (in your opinion) as higher, then good. He takes one off the market that you would only pity fuck or if you got really hard up. If he rates a higher girl lower, then he is giving up some that you want, but he thinks he is too good for. Besides, if I only like scag nasty cave trolls, so the fuck what. I get down on that and there is nothing wrong with that. This line of question only serves…
