if I recall correctly, there was a post on the sales subreddit a while back about this medical device salesman getting absolutely jacked by a new rival team of very good looking blonde saleswomen in his territory. But just like real life, looks only get you so far. The thread was full of advice for him to subvert and outcompete his rival's stratitgic advantage. So I would say looks/height do make a difference but not as much as some people think.
