I agree with you 100% that reducing the population would do a lot to improve the lives of everyone. I also agree that its sad that people in the poorest countries are having the most kids, but I don't see any real way to fix that. A. Impossible.. absolutely no way to morally/ethically/justifiably "stop poor people from reproducing" B. Reducing the population in poor countries would not suddenly make them rich. I guess you're technically right, but anyone with an IQ in the triple digits knows that capitalism needs some degree of restriction in order to work and it works with varying degrees of restriction. Unbridled capitalism would not work, which is why nobody ever advocates for it. Communism on the other hand has never worked because it is intrinsically flawed.
