If you want abs its 80% what you do in the kitchen, 19% workout intensity and 1% the type of workout you do. The thing with freeweights is that you pretty much have to crank up the intensity to do them. It's easy to use the machines without giving it everything you have. 2	Q4Men: what do you have to say to the women who try to marry a good man before they hit the wall, but fail? Most western men are degenerate. Women are too though.
