Why didn't you just break up with her if she humiliated you in front of a group of people like that?

Have you considered trying men? But seriously your friends either suck or don't think much of you. My friend's gfs would always hook me up with their friends. The "calm stoic nice guy" thing has always been a meme. It only works for people that are conventionally attractive. The literal worst thing you can be as a man in the eyes of potential partners is boring

Not every cares about numbers of sexual partners but having a kid or not is much more important than income status and education to every man who doesn't have kids themselves. Exception for widows of course

You're right. If you want abs its 80% what you do in the kitchen, 19% workout intensity and 1% the type of workout you do. The thing with freeweights is that you pretty much have to crank up the intensity to do them. It's easy to use the machines without giving it everything you have. Honestly, targeting muscle groups is something you shouldn't even think about until after you've hit plateaus on your heavy compounds

I did the same and actually started researching when I didn't get the results I thought I would. Whenever I started heavy compounds gains came so quick

Absolutely! I respect anyone in there and don't judge anyone who's trying to better themselves I was just making an observation

The real reason I think is because no one works out with any intensity which you have to do to make gains. Just fiddling around on the machines for 30 mins ain't doing jack

Maybe so but the people in the gym look worse than ever from what I see.

Yeah when women say they'd rather be a man what they mean is that they'd rather be a jacked 6'4" good looking guy than a woman. If they were suddenly a an average guy, 5'8", not great looking, bad shape, they wouldn't last a week. Men don't have the inherent value women do and not many women realize this.

Being an average or below average woman is better than being an average man but being a top 10% man is better than anything else

At least a visible 6 pack is something almost anyone can get with dedication

Any dude wearing 4 inch shoes is gonna look like a clown

That only works cause they are famous and rich. Normal dudes going out and wearing make up would get clowned on by men and women. Just look at how men wearing hairpieces get ridiculed. If a video comes out where a womans wig comes off no one beats an eye. If a dudes wig comes off it goes virile and everyone including myself has a good laugh

Most western men are degenerate. Women are too though. Men are porn addicted and women have had their egos inflated to the point where many will end up alone because they think the hottest guy that will have sex with them might actually want to date them. I'm genetically lucky enough that I'm one of the guys that's benefited from the way things are today and even I've had some serious consequences. I wish I had spent my 20s differently but when every one around is making it seem like partying an…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
