If he already has a lawyer then for the love of god do not constantly tell him what he needs to be doing. I've been pestered with a ton of terrible legal advice from unqualified family and friends. It gets old fast.

The lawyers say I have every right to pick up the kids from school and they can't stop me, but I have to avoid conflict. The court strongly disfavors conflict and I know if I try to pick up the kids, they'll fight back and try to spin it around. If I go pick up my son early, I'd only have my son because my daughter isn't in school yet.
