File for divorce first. Get a lawyer and talk to a support group online if you can't afford therapy. Divorce is ugly buy know your children need you. Stay away from drugs and alcohol. Try keeping yourself busy, exercise, and eat well. Once you get a schedule on the parenting, then work with that. Sending you positive thoughts. No human is worth losing your own. Remember your kids need you and need their father.

I'm down, what is there afraid to be married again? Just cause I married the wrong one. Does not mean I won't and find the right one. I be scared living with someone and not being married and being a rent a wife, trail period partner. I call those commitment issue's and beyond. Just my opinion don't get it all twisted.

CA is so different from your state automatic 50/50 unless proof otherwise. Sounds like she's a bipolar bitch, wtf u do cheat? If u can't afford to pay the debt i say bankruptcy tbh so some burden is lifted. Find a roommate if u can't make it on your own until u get more physical custody or move with the parents. Get a better lawywe and fire this one. Why is it taking long is the question. Do u have more physical custody? Why didn't he order her to get a part time job. How long were you married? What state, ages of kids? Any Assets? Try to modify something if you can.

If she agress to give her 50% Physical and or legal custody with a lawyer then you should be fine. First step is filing Divorce eveything the lawyer will take care of. The divorce shouldn't cost much if both parties are in agreement and everything is civil. But make sure you can financially and have someone to help with your kid's. It could back fire on you. Work smart not hard
