Run. You'll actually have the energy and motivation to do other more interesting things after you get your heart rate up above 180 a few times a week. Today I was feeling lazy until I hit the treadmill for 20 minutes. Afterward I mowed the lawn, cooked a gourmet meal, cleaned the bathroom, detailed my car and had a well-deserved beer while watching a little TV before getting in bed. Good on you for working up the Huevos. for me, perfection doesn't exist in any realm of design, production, or beauty. Well said, there are a thousand and one ways you can weight the rating.
