I just bought an electric piano. Decided to get back into it with all this lockdown free time. Learn new skills.

Personally I'm still testing phenibut and I still don't know if I've figured out my dose. I do the whole thing of taking it on as empty a stomach as possible with coffee. I've also tried dosing throughout the day. Started with just 500mg, didn't notice much. I'm already up to taking a full 2g in one go but it's hit or miss (I weigh about 180lbs.) I do this once a week at most. I notice it most at about the 1 hour mark especially when listening to music, then once I'm out I kinda forget I'm on it…

You're welcome. Getting jacked naturally takes quite a few years, so don't worry about it. I've still got plenty of work to do myself. 1 year and 9 months is nothing but still a huge difference. Also you still need a personality to get laid so don't use muscles a substitute. But it's a foot in the door so to speak.

Take her advice with a pinch of salt, I find it nonsense. Of course men need to approach. Best scenario is to look for IoI's, so like a few catching each others eyes sort of deal. Then go for it or wait till she passes you (my preferred choice) and catch her with something witty, funny or complimentary. Don't keep looking though then yes you may come off as creepy. But yea, most of the time girls like it (in my experience) and they'll soon let you know if they're not available, often with a smil…

Ok, so all you have are confidence issues. Understand your ex breaking up with you, you're far better off actually, she wasn't the one. Her loss and all that. Never think of yourself as not good enough. Seems like you keep fit, sound intelligent and enjoy social experiences (all very important.) I'd recommend ditching the baggy clothes and getting some that fit, it'll make you feel a lot more confident. Ask your friends to go shopping or go on insta/pinterest for mens style guides. You seriously…

Good development especially in the pecs for 4 months, well done. If you can stick with a routine for just 3 months you will notice a big difference and its hugely motivational. As for tips? Firstly just understand that with bulking you will always gain some fat no matter how clean you eat, don't sweat it. A weight gain of 0.5-1 lb/week is ideal, I'd say in between that. It's boring but definitely get myfitnesspal app and start tracking calories. Create your meals and just use bar code scan tool …

Sure yea I understand, but I'm not sure if you saw that I said a year and 9 months? But yea I forcibly ate for the first year religiously. Always had a high metabolism and never gained much weight prior. Didn't even really calorie count but my macros were lots of animal fats and proteins, lower on the carb. At one point I did the carnivore diet and as a side note I've been strictly gluten free since my late 20's. It was only really this summer I slow cut for roughly 4 months. Went from 85kg to 7…

Bingo man, you know it. At 36 I'm in better shape actually than a lot of guys in their 20's from what I see. Best advice I'd say is work out the sooner the better, my regret is I didn't start in my 20's.

For sure, personal development comes first. It may sound silly but when you have noticeable muscles all kinds of doors open. Your mentality changes, health improvements, people compliment you or are more interested and of course the ladies.

Oh definitely man. I'm 36 and just felt as I was getting older I needed to get in shape now sooner rather than later. It also helps with staying on top of your game of course and for me I want to keep attracting the ladies I'm accustomed to, 25-29 year olds at the moment. I still want to have kids soI'm looking for a fitter younger lady. I should have said in my first post that sure muscles aren't necessary but it does allow you to attract women that you otherwise couldn't have.

Haha indeed man. Remember though, if you're coming across as higher value they are looking for approval when they talk about getting fit. It's a good thing.

I'm a pretty handsome dude and told that I'm charming so I've never really had a problem attracting women. I'm 176cm/5"9 tall (very average) and used to be skinny like 142lbs/64kg. Started working out for the first time and correctly (that's important. Eating, sleeping and training right) about a year and 9 months ago. I'm now about 180lbs/82kg of mostly lean muscle. Got the whole X frame, wide shoulders, small waist and toned thicker thighs going on. Noob gains in the first year are awesome. Ha…
