So yeah, these wackos have appropriated the once-noble term. We need some kind of widely agreed upon banner to march for now that is all-encompassing rather than oppositional out of some kind of deluded revenge for any differences to be made in society now. I mean, has anyone on this sub tried to start a 'Equality' movement as opposed to Feminisim? Because that seems like the best action to take against these people. Because at the moment their voices are the only ones being heard.

Just because they aren't loud doesn't mean they don't exist. Maybe crazy is just infectious in the US but if you come over to Australia you will find many level headed Feminists. And frankly, anyone who believes the Genders should be equal is a 'Feminist.' (So any reasonable person) the only difference now is that the word has been appropriated by these psycho freaks.

People on this sub often have a hard time differentiating true feminisim (fighting for equality) from feminaziism (fighting to opress majorities) Peraonaly, i would not define myself as a feminist just because i think the defini to on of that word is different now but i do believe in and fight for equality.

Thia only creates a larger problem. If a woman is guven a position like this to fufil a quota rather than work her way up to it and learning along the way, she could very well make decisions that run the company into the ground. For a woman like this, being a feminist goes without saying. It has entirely fdifferent connotations for women than for men. Women see being a feminist as 'yeah, duh. Of course i want equality' but for men like us feminisim is 'we are angry and everything is men's fault!' Because of all the crazy we see regularly, especialy in subs like this.
