2	Do you think that when a woman is pregnant and doesn't want to abort but the man doesn't want the fetus he should be able to sign a document to the government that says he doesn't want this fetus and then he doesn't have to pay child support when it's born? It is smart to plan for all eventualities but start with the least aggressive approach. Depends on the mother of course. 1	TIL in the US the sentencing disparity in the criminal justice system favoring women vs men is larger than the disparity favoring white men vs black men Yeah, it is pretty common knowledge. In addition charges are often more likely to be dismissed outright. However, the best tactic is to reduce prison sentences overall and not just try to get women to be sentenced more.
