Yes, I have always thought this. It is decidedly lopsided. As Dave Chappelle said - if y’all can kill, I should be able to abandon.

Yes it is going to be far easier and cheaper if done outside the courts. It is smart to plan for all eventualities but start with the least aggressive approach. Depends on the mother of course. If she truly hates you and is unreasonable, well we all know how a vindictive baby momma can be. Start with that approach and save the threat for if the mother refuses to intervene. You should also take steps to make sure the daughter knows that your door is open for contact. She is still a minor and livi…

Same thing applies to a real accusation, not false ones. There was little point to going after justice when there was nothing financial to be gained, and the very real threat of being blacklisted from the industry.

Yeah, it is pretty common knowledge. In addition charges are often more likely to be dismissed outright. However, the best tactic is to reduce prison sentences overall and not just try to get women to be sentenced more. We should move away from our prison society.

I appreciate the honest answer, and sympathize with your situation. I think you might find more helpful information if you post this to something like “relationshipadvice” instead of men’s rights. However you would also receive a lot of insults, so gotta take that in stride… Personally, I would advise leaving the child support issue between you and the mother. The money is to support the daughter but is rightfully the mothers, and don’t bring the daughter into that. It’s a good threat but one I …

Why do you expect her to think of you as a good person? Why are you estranged? Did you make many efforts to contact her over the years that were thwarted by her mother? Or did you just now level up to the point where you can face being a dad, and are shocked that after missing her formative years she has resentment?

It’s extremely sexist. I’ve watched the show several times all the way through. A particularly disgusting scene is when Carrie tries to bully a bunch of men on a bachelor party into flirting with Samantha because she needs the male attention, even though they all promised their wives to be good. They regularly bemoan their own choices and yet blame men for not being willing to overlook those choices.

Well funny you should mention that thing about a wizard.... since there is this thing called the force which is a pretty magical mcguffin and helps them get any plot point through...

It’s not common for all women, but there is a pretty strong correlation with attractiveness, and the amount of times getting hit on. I also have never done that. But I have direct personal experience in an interesting venue - rock climbing. Gyms have been historically male skewed, so sometimes lots of men, few women. And have seen lots of examples where the woman is clearly just there to get a workout in, and finds themselves besieged by (okay one or two, not five) men who try to show off and ga…

Have you considered that the ‘force field’ isn’t always because they are afraid of getting raped, but just so they don’t have to be bothered by every man that wants to hit on? A lot of bitchiness comes from ‘hey I just wanted to run out and buy something real quick and not have to reject 5 men who I have never met but thought I was approachable.’

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
