I don't even think the vast majority of feminist organization leaders oppose men. There certainly wouldn't be major pushback in society against a movement focused on improving role models for men.

The reason she's criticizing the men's right movement is because it often doesn't actually provide a solution. 3 of the top 5 posts in this sub currently are criticisms of feminism. She's arguing that the perception of the male identity needs to change, which involves changing society. I think you're misinterpreting the idea that men need to do the work as the idea that only men needing to change, not society. The correct interpretation is that both men and society need to change. Men need to find more positive role models, and society needs to provide them.

I think this is a misinterpretation. The idea of toxic masculinity is not to say that all masculinity is toxic, just that there are aspects of the current societal view of masculinity that are toxic. r/Altright got banned for brigading or some rule violation. So of course they tried to create new versions of their subreddit under different names, but the admins don't let communities circumvent bans in this fashion, so the new subreddits were banned as well. But a mod on this subreddit invited them here. Since this subreddit already existed, it wasn't banned immediately.
