Well yes, they can. The alternative, atleast in the united states, is to live in extreme poverty, so the people chose the slave wages over the total poverty, they are left with no other choice. This information is false. Paternity tests are outlawed in Germany because retrieving DNA samples from your children without consent is considered an interference with the "Persönlichkeitsrecht" (personal rights) of the child. Yes, I should have and have it where I live, because it directly affects me. Of course I normally wouldn't tell anyone to stop smoking as long as he does it out of my range, but nonetheless, it's a matter of priorities and in this case my right not to smoke has priority over the smokers to smoke whereever he wants.
