It's one thing to prefer somebody that hasn't had numerous sexual partners, but calling a woman "ran through" because she's had a bunch of sex over the years is gross. Would you say the same thing about a promiscuous man?

Are you talking about this comment? I don't like calling it women are wonderful. I much rather call it for what it actually is, the "Men are (Something bad, I dunno)" effect, because it's not so much women are all innocent as it is men are all serial killers and rapists, or something to that effect. I'm not one of the ones who down-voted it, but the way you phrased it kinda makes it sound like you agree with the statement that men actually are horrible, so I'm guessing people misunderstood what …

Imagine if that manifested into just “Men stink”, “Men are just straight down nasty”, or some other anti-male motto. Don't even have to imagine, I already frequently hear people say "Men are trash/garbage"

That sounds like a Fair Housing violation to me (assuming you're in the US). A landlord demanding a special requirement from you due to your gender is discriminatory.
