"There are no age limits, apart from girls under age of 17" - While this is messed up from the sexist point of view, it's also messed up to state that boys under the age of 17 can be prosecuted for this. But, imagine if it were another crime? Say for example house robberies. We have countless ads on TV telling us to buy security cameras, to install house security systems.
