Depends on the context I would assume and who is attacking you. Can you give a more specific example. There was a great post by someone about "power plays" but I think the guy deleted it. In case anyone doesn't know. You can add your phone apps to your computer. Makes it easier for some apps to navigate. Just download a program called bluestacks or something similar. I got banned from OKC from my computer and phone (I don't know how). I know I trolled too many girls one night. I've been slammed at work. But I've been getting my workout in every, single day. I've been doing mainly olympic style lifts or multi-joint compound exercises.
