I would say improve your communication skills and legit just talk to any woman you find attractive. Don’t always talk to them to shoot your shot but strike up conversations to get comfortable. The more comfortable you are talking to women you find attractive the less nervous you will be and easier it’ll be to go to the next level.

Women usually will pursue it if you are friends and have never fucked.
