No shit my point of glycogen store are moot if one is in ketosis, the state of being in ketosis implies that the body takes in very very little to no carbs. My argument was that spiking your insulin is effective pre and post workout, and at certain times of the day. Exactly, I wake up every morning and look forward to the gym. I actually feel shitty if I miss a day, I don't even have rest days anymore. I always do at least cardio when I need to recover. Being on AAS helps shorten the downtime to be fair.

Krav Maga is definitely intense but it's different from other martial arts in that every move is designed to incapacitate the opponent. Stuff like jabs to the eyes and attacking the nuts are all used in Krav Maga. So it isn't a form you'll be doing much sparring in. But it is definitely fantastic for self defence.
