I was kidding (kinda) lmao, DMT is pretty hard to get unless you know the right people, but seriously try shrooms or acid to start out with if you don’t have any experience with psychedelics. Not saying they’re gonna solve all your problems, but they definitely helped me make a lot of connections in my head that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I think it’s a very good step in the right direction. While it won’t fix the underlying problem, at the very least it’s an added layer of protection and will make it a bit easier to figure out how to make peace with your past when it’s not constantly being thrown in your face
