What job makes 300k a year? Jobs? Very few. Long term investments in stocks and real estate? Way more likely. All you have to do is look for 10x opportunities. There's 1 or 2 (or more) every decade. The past 2 decades we had Amazon, Google, Facebook, Apple, and Microsoft. This decade it's Tesla. If you buy now, and hold for the next 10 years you're more likely than not to 10x your money, with a good chance (more than 15%) of 30x. Then there's tons of 2x opportunities. I think Uber might 2x this …

I mean... I have way more money worth of stocks than her requirement... and I'd never swipe on her. If I'm gonna date a gold digger, I can find a really hot Russian 22-year-old that I can pay $4,000 per month to suck my dick under the table every day while I trade stocks in my home office. Why would I ever swipe on this bitch?

I get it, all his points are valid, but it still doesn't address the elephant in the room: most men are beta soyboys and will marry/settle down with anybody who gives them a bit of attention.

Finding something you love to do in life is very hard. Making that something pay your bills is even harder. So... of course most people aren't fulfilled. Combine that with the current culture of instant gratification, and you got yourself a societal crisis.

But here I now am at 26 and I still live at home I lived at home until 24. Not the end of the world, dude. I have never had a girlfriend Why do you want a girlfriend? ... or do you want the ability to choose wether you actually want one or not? That's a different thing. I don't have a girlfriend right now. I don't want one, either. Why would I commit to a girlfriend if I can hook up with a different girl every 2-3 weeks or so? Having a girlfriend is the most overrated thing society pushes on men…

I have this kind of bar in my life as well, except my relationship with the female bartender (who also happens to own the bar) is the exact opposite. She loves the fact that I keep coming back and bringing in more clients... and we also have a permanent conversation that always starts with "where the fuck do you get so many different women??!"

I have a story. Back in high school (2002-2005), I had a crush on the hottest girl in the school. We'd talk sometimes, but I never said anything or did anything to show I liked her. We had some classes together from time to time, but nothing ever happened. After we graduated, I started learning some game from the OG PUAs of the time, and... well, shit... I realised that this girl had a crush on me also the entire time. I looked her up on facebook, and found out she has a boyfriend now. She ended…

If you're getting dates on these apps, any at all, you are doing incredible. I'm not a model because I lack the height (minimum 1.82m to get into an agency), but I do have the body and face. I'm getting dates off of them, but I've seen a decline in distribution percentage, and it has become increasingly difficult to get the responses and matching rates I used to get, even though I have the exact same body and face I did a couple of years ago. Something changed, and I don't know what. I used to g…

Have you heard of Lex Fridman? He's an MIT scientist working on artificial intelligence, and he's also a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and, as such, can probably kick 99.999% of people's ass in a 1-on-1 fight. Here he is talking nerd stuff at MIT. Here he is at his black belt promotion.

You didn't include distribution costs, marketing costs, and what the movie theatres get to keep. 100% of the box office revenue doesn't go to the studio. The theatres also make money. IIRC, the movie needed to make 400 million to break even. Edit: it was 300 to break even, not 400. My bad. This totals up to a 70 million dollar loss.

It was an abomination, and it cost the studio a fuckton of money.

Do you train Mixed Martial Arts? You don't have to train MMA. You can make do with Brazilian jiu-jitsu, the ground-game of MMA. It's basically MMA without striking. Same thing minus the brain damage. That's what I do. Can you hold frame? Even in a life or death situation? If you train BJJ or MMA this will be easy. Every day is a life or death situation in the gym.
