The ideals of masculinity (strength, assertiveness, courage, etc.) are pretty universally beneficial for everyone. Tying them to men is a social idea, not an evolutionary trait. If you can prove that masculine traits are exclusive to men for the majority of the population, then I'll concede masculinity is a biological/evolutionary trait.

I don't know, this doesn't seem like a horrible plan. If we put aside gender politics, this decreases the wait time more than it raises the time for anyone else. Mathematically it is a logical solution if you want to help everybody and not focus on the genders involved.

My point is that blanketly stating that all women want the same thing (which is what women creating masculinity entails) is logically flawed because there is no caveat such as "on average", or "typically." If you don't include these terms you misrepresent an entire gender as the same thing, and also misunderstand evolution (which as a major component includes having VARIATIONS)

In the early industrial revolution families worked together - the separate spheres/breadwinner model had not been invented yet. So If a man worked in a mine usually his whole family (wife/children) came with him and worked. Over time the husband=worker and mother=homemaker model became the norm, partially due to these laws. Also a big reason why the laws were passed were not for safety but to prevent sexual immorality (women had no shirts on in mines because of the heat).

I think point 1 is wrong, because people always work no matter what and they could be driven just to work for themselves. no I mean women live longer because of natural causes. Estrogen keeps the cardiovascular system healthier so heart disease (the biggest disease in USA) can't hurt them as much. On average, women are more social, which keeps mental health elevated and keeps them productive in their elderly years.

This seems pretty truthful. He mentioned that the officers asked for his SSN (Social Security Number). Sex offenders are registered with their SSN so it would make sense for this to happen in real life, but it's not very common knowledge. So either he made the most elaborate lie ever or this is true.

I have looked into this type of court law. THIS DOES NOT GET RID OF TRIAL BY JURY. NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE BEING ABRIDGED. I emailed a group who sponsors this type of plan in New York, and they explained very clearly this only means that the judge will be the same during all cases. If there's a jury, the judge will preside. If there's a civil case related to the violence, the same judge will preside. This is really mundane.
