Which is really all you need in drug rehab, it would be the same for physical therapy if you got into a bad car accident or something to. We measure it different in the USA, 1.0 BAC in the US is equal to 100%, that's why the legal limit here is measured as anything over a .08 BAC your to drunk to drive, and in most places that's a really high number, most places it's .06, but we measure it differently. They give you an out when you first get summoned. You get a piece of paper with some questions on it and return mailing envelope and you can just say you don't want to go and you don't have to. There's a reason they send out way more summons than jurors they will actually need because they expect 50% to not even show up.

I got called twice and was never even on a selection hearing, just sit at the court house for a day, get a free lunch and collect $50. As an added bonus your employer has to give you the day off work and they can't take it out of your PTO, is actually a pretty sweet gig, I would do it more often if I could.
