1	Denied Paternal leave because I'm engaged, not married. Yeah, that's the kicker: I want to have kids when I want to have kids not dictated by when it's convenient for the school district or when it's simply 'easier' for them to not pay me for maternity leave. sigh But, such is the life we choose... 3	Denied Paternal leave because I'm engaged, not married. That's awful. As a soon to be married woman, it would kill me if for whatever reason my husband couldn't take off of work to be a father to our future kids.
