No, humans are not slave to their biological urges. Animals are slaves to their biological urges. What separates us from the animals is the fact the we are not ruled by biological instinct alone: we can overrule our biological nature with our minds.

I'm a woman and I feel bad for those who think "yes" to any of the three. You haven't met the right women.

While I agree with you, it always has and always will take 2 to tango. If men had self-respect they wouldn't fuck the same drunk bitch their roommate just did last weekend. If women had self-respect, they wouldn't be the drunk bitch roommates were passing around. I think it takes a failure of virtue on both sides for hook-up culture to exist.

While agree that there are tons of men's issues being ignored in favor of women's issues, men's emotional health is not really one of them. You have internalized feminism. You are arguing that men and women be treated equally. The simple fact is that emotional health is not as big a priority for men as it is for women. I'm not saying that men do not deserve emotional healthcare, nor that the fact that men commit suicide at rates 4 or 5 times that of women should be ignored, I'm just saying that …

What exactly is ironic about saying that men are not women? Are you a feminist who wants men to be treated like women?

You're internalizing feminism. Giving dudes flowers isn't normalized because men don't want flowers and to make men wanting flowers normal is to make men women. Men aren't women. Get over it. But if you really want flowers just ask, I'm sure if you ever get a girlfriend she'll be happy to get them for you.

My heart sincerely goes out to you and I know this sounds like an empty platitude - but you haven't met the right women. I have a brother and a husband and a son and I care immensely about how they feel, but I also completely and wholly reject feminism - which has taught women that men don't matter and women don't need them, but that's not at all true. Your enemy is feminism, not women. Feminism has duped the women of our society into believing that they can act like men and fulfill the roles of…

No, it indicates that women are better caretakers than men... And that they are therefore the better choice to have primary care of the child logically follows.

While I completely agree that there are definitely cases in which great fathers who would 100% make better parents than the mothers get screwed over by our gynocentric court system, this is the exception rather than the rule.

Wait, what? A person who chooses to have sex for money is not doing it because they want to have sex for money? Are you saying that losing your virginity isn't losing your virginity unless you do it with someone you didn't have to pay? Is sex with someone who wants to have sex for money somehow different than any other kind of consensual sex?

You keep comparing gay people to virgins like they're both the same type of persecuted underclass, but they're not. Gays make up less than 10% of the human population. Literally 100% of human beings start out as virgins. Being a virgin only attains a stigmatized status after a certain age - and it should rightfully do so because it really isn't that hard to get laid, especially if having sex is literally your only goal - as prostitutes do exist.

No, you obtuse fool, what I'm saying is that shouldn't matter whether or not society shames virgins because people can never know whether or not you're a virgin unless you tell them or wear it on your sleeve like a stupid a$$hole. I guess you do the latter.

Except that nobody would know that they were virgins if they didn't either admit it or project an obvious aura of being one. Your theory is therefore completely void. By your logic, if they just pretended like they were getting laid, then society would treat them differently and everything would be okay.

So you think we should pretend that men and women are the same and act accordingly and any deviation from complete equality for any reason is sexist? Congratulations, you're a feminist.

Seriously? It's women and children first in emergency situations because children are innocent and women cannot fight for themselves and are needed to propagate the species and raise the innocent children. Please don't tell me that this subreddit ignores biological reality....

So women should wear cups while playing sports? Wtf are you talking about?

Any Rights movement is necessarily a political one because you're implicitly advocating for political rights, else, for what is it a movement? How about you stop pretending like your gender Rights movement is not political?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
