When a law is found unconstitutional, there should be legally mandated consequences for politicians who enacted that law. Maybe have them banned from occupying a political position for a couple of years, up to prison if the infringement of personal rights is very severe. It would really make the government think twice before infringing anyone's rights and we wouldn't have to fight so much and so often for our rights.

It's amazing how the moderate feminists in this thread refuse to drop the 'feminist' label. It's just all they care about, being able to call themselves 'feminist'. That's a very good point. Let's take r/2XC as an example since it's supposed to represent the female users of reddit: r/2XC loves to complain about men approaching women in public. Fine, I get not enjoying being disturbed. But then r/2XC also loves to talk about feminist magazine articles/opinion columns that blame men for not taking initiative, not taking the first step, not being original and "approaching women by surprise where they don't expect to meet someone rather than at a bar/club"...
