Dude, I'm not saying he should raise the kids. I'm just asking you to consider that people get emotionally attached and its a tough decision to just up and end it. The mother is an absolute villain.... but very few people can just say, not my blood... get lost. After 5,6 years you would just be able to say that? You are a cold motherfucker or lying.... ending it and moving on is the smart move, but it is going to be incredibly painful. Just try to understand that.

Really, its an on/off switch? Not saying raise someone else's kid, but after 7,8 years of raising a kid, there are going to be emotions. No decent father is going to be able to just leave like that. Like a snap of the finger.

You would be that emotionally detached? Come on.... these are your kids, what you thought were your flesh and blood.

This comment was linked to the subreddit, /r/bestof [theredpill]worstluckever goes against the grain and gives thoughtful, honest advice to a young man who was trying to explain away his cheating.

Story please... you can't tease something like that and not expand!

I've seen all of this nonsense typically come with either women that are bipolar or BPD. How would a guy go about realizing this and avoiding this. In almost everyone of these fucked up headcase cheating, slutting up scenarios they end up being either bipolar or borderline. Like I can tell when someone is recapping their actions, but how would you tell IRL?

In the article, she talks about how she purposely ordered the most expensive item on the menu when a date/client flirted with another woman.... all while she is essentially flirting with dozens of guys and going on multiple dates on the same night. The hypocrisy is just mind-boggling.

I love how every single post on here has at least one comment saying, "this isn't a Men's Rights issue". Without fail. If you don't think the article is interesting, just downvote. I don't understand how it isn't a MR issue. This woman was using her gender to take advantage and mislead dozens upon dozens of men. According to her, her female friends supported her. What does that say? I think its a discussion worth having. It was certainly an interesting read to me. And I'm not trying to start a h…

Agreed. It seems like every post here has that questioned asked. Honestly, I felt like the guy wasn't getting good advice and we could give better advice and the topic was really relevant. Its interesting to see a topic that is usually abstract, in a real life situation. It hit a lot of MR notes for me. Infidelity, Paternity, Male Reproductive Rights.

It's not a MR issue per say. I thought the entire situation illustrated kind of the discrepancy between men and women on the subject of choice and children though.

My issue with it was it goes against logic AND there was no way he could no that. There is no way for him to really say, she never cheated. I probably was a little too harsh, but I was hoping it might open his eyes.

Reading the submission, to me it seemed really, really, obvious something else was going on, but most people disagreed with my assessment. I don't know if maybe I'm being too suspicious or paranoid, or if its really as clear as it seems. I don't get how they could use all those firms of BC and then she suddenly reverses her position. To me its pretty fucking clear she fucked someone else raw, and wants an abortion to avoid the pregnancy.

There is literally no reason to create another account to admit to the trolling. If she/he was trolling, the admission would come off the OP's account. Not some gimmick account. This bullshit is real.

I thought it was fake, but there is little detail that makes me hesitate. If you were going for the troll angle, why would you not push and say the kid was the ex's. That is the #1 fear... cuckolding and she didn't do that.

Everything I have read on the subject suggests a number somewhere between 3-10%. I think the 33% number comes from actual paternity tests, with a sample of already suspicious "fathers". Regardless it is a huge issue and so serous and heartbreaking. The shame with this particular story is that the father is in his 60s so he did not have an ability to verify paternity then. Would there be a need to verify paternity if say a happily married man and his wife planned out a child to the point of track…

I found the post compelling and I thought that people in the community would be interested in seeing a real life example of a major issue. How is this any different than posting a news article or blog entry? Would you prefer I delete this thread? I'm not trying to start a controversy.

I've only seen youtube videos of his show and there is a very paternalistic vibe to him. He has different standards for men and women. And unreasonable standards for men IMO.

Yes. Just clarify with her that you aren't exclusive since it seems like she might think you are.

Only problem with your argument is that a lot (if not most) girls won't settle for being the side piece with no title. You can't just keep banging "Susan" or quality girls with no commitment, generally speaking. The type of girls who will accept no commitment are much more likely to be the nightmare girls IMO. So, I would argue no commitment is in a way almost more risky. Healthwise. Emotionally. In terms of potential children as there is no stable foundation for a parenting relationship.

I don't actually think she deleted since her comments still comes up bold and it says removed. So it looks like the moderators removed. Which isn't at all surprising. /r/relationships has the worst moderators around. They pull threads with hundreds of comments for the most ridiculous reasons. There was a confession a couple months ago that was heartbreaking... they pulled it for lack of paragraph breaks. So long story short I don't think she deleted which I almost respect her for. She was remove…

That is not true. Cuckold is the proper term. Historically its a title given to husbands whose wives step out on them.

Agreed. I disagree with this woman so much but upvoted so more people could see how insane she is. And she isn't even the worst. There are women who cheat and don't admit that the husband is the father and lie. This is bad but it could be so much worse. Which is terrifying.

Yes but he apparently is going to assume the father role to the cuckold baby too

Why did he reject it though? Do you not think the prospect of losing time with his son played into it? The system is stacked against men and fathers. Please read the entire thread and especially her comments. She doesn't feel bad. She constantly rags on her husband, is ungrateful, selfish, and doesn't value her husband. Her husband doesn't bring up the cheating much according to her. Her children will not be fine. I don't think she is a fit mother.

Really? You don't think this has anything to do with men's rights? If the laws were different it would be easier for the husband to walk away. There are a lot of paternity issues this brings up. I think it is very relevant to men's rights.

She is so manipulative and selfish. Its disgusting. The entire thread was an attempt at victimization that got shut down. She created the post to hear people say her husband is awful and go ((((hugs)))) and thank God she has gotten a wake up call of sorts.

Apologies for the confusing title. OP is unmarried and in a long distance relationship. His girlfriend has cheated on him in the past and he doubts its his child. Posters in the /r/relationships thread have basically been attacking him and downplaying his reasons for being concerned. Really some ridiculous attacks throughout. People have attacked him for the idea that he would leave if its not his. Just shameful.
/r/MensRights30/10/12 10:42 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
