2	I want to improve my social skills as much as possible. Getting laid is a bonus. Night game or day game? I too was like you...in a way I still am. Take my words with a grain of salt since what worked for me may not necessarily work for you. I have had a terrible stutter with my speech since I was 8 which only made my social anxiety worse over time. Because of it talking to people in general was very difficult. In college I saw a therapist who prescribed me anti-anxiety meds (Citalopram in case you were wondering). Put yourself in a situation where you have to introduce yourself to a lot of people in a room. Be comfortable saying "hi my name is Jaja1990! How're you doing?" or "Hi my name is Jaja1990, you seem like someone who does X." 3.) Those friends you hang out with but are annoying you, don't hang out with them.
