1	How to Just Not Care? This is going to sound very woo-woo but imo, it has to do with cultivating a good balance in life's major area- school, work, yourself, hobbies, etc. Having that, when you take a small part of it, such as approaching a chick, your mindset will think 'I have everything else handled, if this interaction goes well or goes bad, it won't matter that much' which is aka the 'note care' mindset.
