We can turn away any kind of currency for any reason. Typically though we would ask them to clean it however we do accept money is dirty and would accept it with ham juice. The manager would not know about it, things at that level typically stay at the teller-client level. The only time that the supervisor would know of it is if we declined and they wanted a second opinion on the bill.
