If you were that worried about her taking your business, you shouldn't have married her. Discuss with her and see what she is open to signing, but also waive your rights to her future earnings as well. Businesses (especially when starting) take a lot of support, and even indirectly, she is probably supporting you by carrying more of the load/not travelling for work, etc. That will be even more true when you have kids.
