Problem lies on the US definition of rape, it needs to be changed, hell, Roman law had a more comprehensive rule for rape related crimes. The system is flawed and people abuse it, the judge obviously should have practiced a bit more discretion but the law is as written, she didn't rape him.

Biggest problem with financial abortion is the context, as someone pointed out, with financial abortion there is a child that needs health care, education, clothing and a lot of financial support, with abortion you don't have that. Most countries are not equipped with the social policies to support those expenses. One solution, not a comprehensive one but still somewhat useful, is setting a time limit for the parent to make use of the financial abortion, have a meeting with lawyers and such to m…

True, most seam to resort to that every time the victim is female, without care for motives. But the system as far as my country goes, is sound, we gotta protect those unable to protect themselves, and, in this case, make sure those that harm women simply for being women are punished more severely, as for all hate driven crimes

Unfortunately people abuse systems put in place to safe guard those in need. It's not a systemic problem, it's a greed problem and also an abuse by few people that ruin the life of others, the root of the problem is a difficulty to pursue those that abuse the system

"man are sexual predators, a mature woman sleeping with a 13 yo is not a problem because he wanted to" I feel like that's the thought process of a lot of people, they perceive man as sex driven all the time and regardless of consent, or at least they think that a man's consent is implied.

Direct quote from op: "she then grabs, squeezes, and twists my balls" That will most likely be enough for a push to be considered an appropriate response, but then again, we are just assuming. However, the original post was another example of why the most used "systems" to attribute guilt and responsibility in an abusive relationship are just wrong.

He can use force to defend himself from grevius harm, even if only threatened. So no, probably he can show a pattern of abusive behaviors and therefore pushing her off of him wouldn't be considered assault, but US law has a lot of discretion, so who knows.

Don't give up, your are gonna regret it, I am in a similar situation, and I took that as a drive to expand my hobbies, learn how to cook, read a bunch of books, now I am starting to go to the gym and taking care of myself in general, do it for yourself, and dates will start to go a lot better and you will feel a lot better regardless of dates

Wanted to put a better definition out there in case someone thought that defining rape would be impossible, in the source there are other addendums that expand the definition of rape.

In Italy the definition is: "Chiunque, con violenza o minaccia o mediante abuso di autorità costringe qualcuno a compiere o subire atti sessuali" (included so everyone can translate) In English: "whomever, with violence or blackmail or abuse of authority forces another individual to commit or endure sexual acts" source is the Italian penal code

Nope, that's not it, staring at people just because you have this warped idea that if they have gym clothes on they like to be stared at is exactly the problem. But also the idea that if I'm staring at you is because I'm being a creep is wrong, maybe I'm just staring in that general direction, maybe I'm checking your set because I see something I can learn from it.

Should start using "loose vagina energy" to refer to someone who is undesirable

That's just a source. This will benefit everyone, not just "femminists". With the million problems man have this is not one of them, this is were being a white male really favors you, and with this you stand to benefit even more.
