Great to hear. The first step is realization and acknowledgement. Set up a realistic schedule for yourself that you can keep and follow it.

Depends on how often you want to see her. If you're cool with seeing her 1-2 times a week, what's the big deal?

Cut out all snacks. Drink only water. Limit yourself to three meals a day, one plate every meal. Eat some fruit as part of dinner as a dessert. Every meal should include protein. Watch your bread intake. Chew gum.

I like doing calorie shifting/cycling. I do cycles with 6 days of caloric deficit with one day of slightly above maintenance.

If you start noticing that women are ghosting you "for no reason", dial it back. It's all about push and pull while making sure both are in balance.

Your mileage may vary with shaving your chest. Personally, I'd say to keep it looking clean and trim down as necessary.

For sleep, it's important to keep a consistent wake up time. After a week or so or of waking up at the same time, your sleep schedule should improve. Regarding energy and anxiety, continue your meditation practice and make sure your diet and food schedule is on point. Make sure to eat breakfast and keep at maintenance, a slight caloric surplus, or cycle your calories depending on your goals.

Definitely don't take drastic changes in more than one or two parts of your life at the same time. I'd recommend starting with health goals since feeling physically healthy will help with anything else you choose to work towards.

Set ambitious goals. For example, ambitious goals include losing and keeping off 50 pounds or making $10 million or becoming elite at weightlifting. Of course have weekly/biweekly/monthly checkpoints where you reevaluate your course of action. It sounds like you don't have a long term vision that you're working towards. And once you are almost near that original goal, set another ambitious goal. Really, we have the fortune of having the opportunity to improve ourselves.

"Two drowning people can't save each other. All they can do is drag each other down." You're in no condition to give help right now. Focus on yourself.

Motivation is for amateurs. The rest of us just show up and get to work. Start with small steps you could see yourself sticking with for the rest of your life, write down goals associated with those small steps, take action, track it, repeat. The motivation comes as you start being consistent and start making progress towards goals you clearly defined for yourself.

You don't need to get super sore to have a good workout. Increase rep count and do 3x10's with lower weight and faster velocity. Make sure you progressively bump up the weight but start maybe at 2/3 of your current PR and go from there.

Not a psychiatrist, but lamotrigine generally has few side effects. Regarding the weight loss, are you losing weight at 1800 calories per day? I'm personally a fan of losing weight at one pound per week while keeping a gym routine going. If you're at maintenance with 1800 calories, I'd add a cardio day to your existing gym routine (possibly swimming).

This seems like a part of your social anxiety. I recommend doing a program like Toastmasters to get some social skills and get out of your head. Join Meetup groups that interest you. Get out there where there's people and it's not solely about you getting laid. Also, get back to meditation and check out the Sedona Method.

Adding value refers to her contributing, non-sexually, to making your life slightly more enjoyable/comfortable in such a way that she offloads effort you would otherwise have to invest for these things. For example, cooking meals, giving massages, cleaning up, etc. Does she positively contribute, non-sexually, to you living a life of purpose? Does she add friction to you following your mission? Is she a good first captain?

Start meditating. It'll help you learn more about yourself. Once you have some baseline knowledge about yourself, your actions, and your desires, you'll figure out what your purpose should be. Once you know where you're going, what you need to do to get there, and start taking consistent action, you'll notice that frustration lessen.

Like others mentioned, it takes time. Action is what you need. Record what action you take and what action you don't. Notice patterns and course correct as needed. Consistent action will allow you to reprogram your subconscious. Affirmations can help speed up the process of changing internal beliefs.
