By this logic, wouldn't it make more sense to have the separate women's league, and then integrate it into a gender-neutral league once there are enough dedicated members that the male majority wouldn't be a huge issue?

Also, more options should open up once I get my masters, this might be the result of a male only having an undergrad degree wanting to work with younger kids.

I've interned in 2 preschools & a special ed. preschool (not getting a job intentionally, until I get a masters degree, so only doing internships,) working with children who have personal issues. In each of the places, I got the internship thanks to friends, but the most other males I've seen in any of them were three males (and this is among dozens of female workers). I could have realized the rest of them, but, just based on all the attention suicide gets, that there would have been more money raised focusing on it. Guess the people who talk about it feel like they're doing enough with just that.
