Over the last 30 years or so men have been replace in traditional roles couple this with changing landscapes regarding men's gender roles, job opportunities, and social expectations lead to confused men in terms of their respective roles in society. I think that these are the seeds of depression and eventually lead to suicide.

I stay until my citizenship stuff clears up. I rather get bullied and beaten by a girl then go back to a shitty country. We all make our deals.

It complicated to be a man in traditional gender roles. Strong enough to cry. Gentle enough to go downstairs when somebody is breaking in. Be a great provider but do not spend to much time away from home. Today's modern man is walking contradiction.
