Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.Oh, I’ve tried to settle many, many times and my ex refused to drop things and would carry on anytime the court just wanted to move on. I’d call our child’s school or doctor for the most basic of reasons and my wife would go back to the court and say I harassed them and acted crazy (I have recordings of these conversations and they were extremely mundane and polite by all parties involved). | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 12:44 PM
Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.Thanks. Trust me when I tell you others have been SHOCKED with what she’s been allowed to get away with which it includes my lawyers. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 12:41 PM
Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.I’m worried about politics. Every time I tell anyone I know about something my ex did they always agree with me on how the court should handle it, but it never goes that way. I’m afraid that due to bias and what the opposition has done to besmirch my great record as a parent and husband the judge is stuck on that and will not want to be swayed from it. It’s been clear a few times that the judge fi is Ted on things about me that were minute or not true compared to larger issues about my wife in c… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 02:12 AM
Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.Wow! From the start her first lawyer contested the fact that I was the primary caregiver. My lawyer said that if I stayed home to watch our child then taking him from me is a big no no because of developmental issues. This not only made it more justifiable for her to keep him from me, but also easier for her to get full custody (which she did) and she’d have to pay me less (normally the bread winner pays alimony and most to all lawyer fees, etc). By lying to the forensic psych who was brought in… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 02:06 AM
Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.I’m just afraid the judge is going to ignore the truth or just not care and still try to punish me. There have a lot of false accusations and lots of claimed behavioral issues that were never proven and even other stuff shown to say otherwise. I still think the judge would look pretty suspicious by looking past that a person was invented out of thin air and not only was he lied to, but so was the forensic psych brought in to investigate things. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 01:04 AM
Court believes in fictitious nanny due to wife.Oh, I certainly wished she DIDN’T you mean... I’ve already been through the gamut of abuse and neglect accusations and charges. Withheld our child from me for two months and then 4 months of 1 hour a week supervised visitation. Hell. Complete Hell. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/20 12:54 AM
Lost my temper and son overheardYour son is young and you don’t know how she’s been manipulating him emotionally or mentally. Forgive him now and he’ll forgive you later. Just always stay open to him. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/12/19 03:25 AM

Wife just said the following the court messaging app...It was before school started... packs had been sent out... my wife got one and I didn’t which was understandable. I called to actually see if I could get one and to find out who our child’s teacher was and where to pick him up and such. Just really basic stuff. Had this info been on their website the parent coordinator could have easily pointed me in that direction. She did not. Other parents and nanny’s also said there was no info except in pack that went out. Not one person I’ve spoken to said… | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/10/19 03:37 AM
Wife just said the following the court messaging app...I called 5 times in the course of 3 separate weeks... I spoke to the parent coordinator twice the first, left her a message the second week (1st week of school) because I still hadn’t heard from anyone about any info involving my son that they informed me someone would get back to me about. I spoke to the teacher once and the nurse once the third week (2nd week of school). That’s not a lot considering the time span and lack of info (none) especially at the beginning of the school year to be prep… | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/10/19 11:00 PM
Wife just said the following the court messaging app...WE’RE USING ONE OF THOSE APPS RIGHT NOW!!! That’s how this all went down!!! Also, lawyers don’t always work... last year I informed my lawyer that his pediatrician was blocked from communicating with him when all of a sudden my son starting on a daily inhaler... my lawyer asked her lawyer for at least a diagnosis and they wouldn’t tell us. I only found out months later when the pulmonologist bills turned up in our insurance and I requested his records from the hospital. I was not allowed to comm… | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/09/19 12:32 AM
Wife just said the following the court messaging app...We didn’t communicate for TWO YEARS!!! Only texts through her mother! We have to communicate some due to our child. It’s pretty impossible not to. | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/09/19 04:52 AM

Wife just said the following the court messaging app...She’ll never ever be able to be normal with me. She wants to throw me away and kick me out of our child’s life because it suits her needs and anxiety to have complete and utter control. I’m the most stand up guy most people have ever met. I get job offers left and right. So many compliments and meaningful relationships with people. People who have seen me before and after with my son say I’m one of the best fathers they’ve ever seen. She has daddy issues. Could be two different guys and one who … | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/09/19 04:43 AM
Wife just said the following the court messaging app...Thanks! Oh, I’ve been nothing but cool headed. There was no retaliation in my end. Just stayed the truth, tried to calm her and understand my point of view... no name calling, threats, or anything else | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/09/19 02:51 AM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court? So what you’re saying is don’t put up with that shit and put my foot down now? I only ever did so for the sake of our child to keep the drama away from him until it no longer could be contained. Even today she accused me of stirring up trouble just because I called is new school to find out normal I info and make sure the nurse knew about his asthma and medication. Every time she accused me I had another plausible explanation with factual proof to support it until she just basically got into a f… | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/09/19 08:04 PM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court? It has been... if my wife goes up there an claims things we have 8 months of text’s, 2 cross motions, forensic notes, 3 years of pictures, and eye witnesses to show the opposite or that her story has changed over time. She may act like the victim, but there are too many inconsistencies along with everything I’ve been put through to show I’m not the bad parent she claims I am. The fact that this has gone on as long as it has and that any of the red flags shown so far by her indicates that they’ve… | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/09/19 03:35 PM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court? She’s not going to get me to break that is for sure. I’ve had a therapist since before she had me kicked out and she’s told me I have amazing coping mechanisms. Trust me, my ex and I rarely ever fought because I ate most of her shit to keep the peace for our child’s sake. I’ve been told I deserve a medal for what I put up with and I even thought that before the divorce began. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 09:47 PM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court? That’s the problem... they’ve all thought they could get a decent/fair settlement and instead of pointing out the inconsistencies and liras they just let me take it for fear of rocking the boat. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 09:12 PM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court?Still appreciated. My judge has been strict, but fair so far... there is just a TON of lies and manipulation by my ex that should be checked upon because until it does she’s just going to drive us all into the ground. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 08:57 PM
[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court? This is comforting to know. Yes, I and others have likened my wife’s actions and behavior to Trump too many times to count. I and others expected the court to wise up, but so far they just don’t want to get into the details... as I’ve said though, they haven’t just given her everything either. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 08:44 PM
Custody Hearing, any advice? Why can’t you get work closer? The court isn’t going to look favorably on the parent who wants to move far away from the current situation. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 05:56 PM
Help for a dear friend going through Hell...It’s not odd at all about the money. Judges automatically assume that if the father doesn’t make a lot then he’s just lazy. I was the stay at home dad by my wife’s request AND worked on weekends and the first judge came down hard on me... not this hard but my wife was supposed to pay me $2k alimony a month and only ever wound up paying $1k | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/09/19 01:13 AM
