When I was in the navy which i got out a little over a year ago the bare minimum for my age group as a male was 40 push ups 50 sit up and a 1.5 mile run in less than 15:30 mins. a female that was 10 years younger than me bare minimum was 18 push ups, 30 sit ups and 1.5 mile run in 16:30 mins.
