I agree that the family courts will bend me over and milk me for everything but I don't want to end up never being able to come back to my country or have to "hide" from her. It feels very unjust. As far as screenshots, I have evvvvverything very well documented over the course of the years. I knew after the first time we met that she was absolutely bat-shit crazy so I was very proactive about that. However, that's no help if I end up having to see her on a weekly basis to pick him up, deal with…

I'm not entirely sure but there are several potential outcomes. I just don't want anything biting me in the ass in the future.

Went through a similar thing except I wasn't in a relationship with the girl and I don't remember having sex with her. It was the worst thing that's ever happened to me.

I'm counting on him coming to me in the future. I will take him in so quickly and he will have the best life and he'll quickly see how awful his mother is without any explanation necessary.

That doesn't make me feel better. It makes me more upset. I can't believe that family courts enable this type of behavior.

I've tried this but every time I get close to knowing where she is and serving her papers, she vanishes. I just want to reclaim my life, reclaim some peace and wait for the window of opportunity to get my child back. The cycle of looking for her around and then losing contact over and over again will kill me. I have no rights. I have no say. I don't know where they are.
