1	Women over 40/Mature Women time.... it definitely is not a womans ally. in my experience, looks, mental health, financial stability decrease exponentially as year pass. as a man who dates around my age range I have notice increase in depression, anxiety and overall instability in mood regulation. hence why when I do have a relationship with a woman in their 40s it lasts only a couple of months and the I ditch them. 1	TIL: There is more interest about MGTOW in Australia than in the US, but Canada takes the trophy. I live in canada. the laws are total skewed in the favor of women. 90% of the time custody is awarded to the mother. there is no such thing as equal parenting. allegation can be made during court and the presumption of innocence is ignored over the childs safety. divorce law is similar to the US, men getting screwed.	/r/MGTOW	30/12/16 10:46 PM

2	renting vs. homeowning Im a fan of home ownership only when its also rental property and you live in it. someone pays your mortgage, write off expenses and no capital gains on the property(in canada if its your primary residence). invest your employment income and any positive cash flow. only buy a property if you are making positive cash flow.	/r/MGTOW	30/12/16 10:26 PM
